There are different prices and times so that you can choose the time that suite you best. The classes are R80.00 per class – 50-60 min. This includes all the equipment and attention you need to help you get the results you are looking for.
Twice a week (R80.00/class) = R640.00 per month
Special for 6 months = R600.00 per month.
Three times a week (R80.00/class) = R960.00 per month
Special for 6 months = R900.00 per month.
Five times a week (R80/class) = R1600.00 per month
Special for six months = R1500.00 per month.
Personal sessions – R250 per hour. Then the session is your own personal workout.
