Body Conditioning tones all the main muscle groups while you burn a fair amount of fat during the workout. You use your own body weight, dumbbells, rollers, balls, and steps in these classes. At Linda’s ladies only studio in Capri, we are dedicated to giving you challenging Pilates and Body Conditioning classes. With years of experience in health and fitness, Linda teaches a variety of classes to suite every person.
