About Linda Vorster

Linda Vorster is an Instructor dedicated to give clients health and fitness guidance. With 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Linda has the expertise that you need for a body revamp!

Linda studied human movement at the University of Pretoria in 1986. After that she started working in a small gym where she had to do everything from teaching classes to managing. While employed she did various courses in exercise training. She’s qualified to do Personal training, teach Step, Aerobics, Conditioning, Stretch, Pilates, Spin, and Aqua. Health & Racquet approached her and she was employed as their fitness aerobics manager for a few years. From there she moved to Virgin active and worked for them for a few years. In 2000 she started her own Personal training business. In 2007 she opened her own studio where she teaches group classes.

Linda's workouts energize and uplifts clients. She gives classes and advice to ensure a healthy lifestyle. She’s a warm friendly person and always there to give personal guidance with weight and postural problems. She caters for different body shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. The results you will see involves slimming, toning, strengthening, fitness and flexibility.

Today she still teaches Toning Pilates at her small studio in Capri village. She's also a qualified Banting coach.
